Open Class Poetry 
Superintendent-
Judging time- 1 week prior to fair

  1. Please mail your entry list, together with fees and poems - see entry blank for costs- to the Hardin County Extension Office by July 1.

  2. Entries are open to all residents of Hardin and adjoining counties.

  3. Judging will begin 1 week prior the fair.  Results will be displayed on Wednesday by 10 am.

  4. Each poem must be on a separate full-size (8 1/2 x 11) sheet of paper, typed, double spaced, and in a sheet protector.  No title page or names.

  5. The poem can be any subject and in any form.

  6. Exhibitors are limited to 5 entries.  All articles must be the original work of the exhibitor.

  7. All exhibits must not have been shown at the Hardin County Fair.  They may be published works.

  8. The judge shall award premiums according to merit.

  9. All exhibits must remain in place until 6 pm, Sunday.  Exhibits may be removed from 6 pm - 8 pm, Sunday.

  10. An item entered once is ineligible to be entered again.

    Premiums  1st - $1.50, 2nd - $1.00, 3rd - $.50
