THIS IS THE SCHEDULE FOR 2009.  

Strolling entertainment will be added as scheduled.  It will be provide by local organizations such as Eldora Girl Scouts & Hardin County Farm Museum.  If you would like to be a part of this entertainment please contact the fair office at hardincofair@heartofiowa.net.

5 pm in Extension Office

TUESDAY  JULY 1  
State Fair livestock & horticulture entries due in Extension Office.  
3 - 9 pm  Workday at fairgrounds.  Anyone is welcome to join. 

TUESDAY, JULY 7

8:30 am Entry of conference judging. Enter by club schedule.

8:30-12pm and 1-2:30 pm   - Conference Judging of 4-H Home Economics, Science and Engineering, Expressive Arts, Personal Development, and Horticulture Exhibits, Youth Building  

6:00 pm -8:00 pm-Entry for Open Class Fruits & Vegetables, Textiles, Culinary, Flowers, and Art

All trailered livestock stalled by 9 p.m. (Exception: Feeder Pens, Dairy, Llamas and Bucket Calves)
